Booking Information
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept card or cash payments. Clients may book directly through our online scheduling system by visiting the Book Now tab at www.weepingwillowcleaning.com. If you prefer, you are always welcome to call the phone number listed on our Contact page — we’re happy to walk you through the booking process, provide a simple quote, and help you schedule your cleaning in approximately five minutes.
When booking, you will see optional add-on services, including dishes and laundry.
Dishes: We clean up to five sink loads. One sink load is complimentary; additional loads are available for an added fee.
Laundry: We clean up to five standard loads. Any laundry beyond this amount must be approved in advance and may require manual adjustment due to time considerations. Please contact us prior to your appointment if additional loads are needed.
Available appointment times are displayed during booking. If your preferred time is unavailable or we appear fully booked, we encourage you to call us directly, as we may be able to accommodate you due to cancellations or scheduling adjustments. For residential properties over 9,000 square feet, as well as move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanings, commercial properties, and specialty services, online booking is not available. These services require a custom quote due to the scope and time involved. Please contact us directly so we can provide an accurate quote and discuss scheduling options.
A deposits required to officially book a cleaning service. The deposit is 25% of your total. You should get a reminder 12 hours before your service though email and also a receipt once the full amount is paid. Your card will automatically be charge once the service is done.
Important Notes and Policy
All services are based on average-condition homes. Excessive buildup, heavy clutter, unsafe conditions, or specialty requests may require additional time or pricing adjustments. By booking, clients acknowledge that the information provided regarding the size and condition of the home is accurate. If details differ upon arrival, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or charge the card on file in accordance with our booking policies listed on the Book Now page at www.weepingwillowcleaning.com.
We do not charge a pet fee. However, for the safety of both our team and your pets, we kindly ask that all pets be secured or kept out of active work areas during scheduled cleanings.
Reschedules require a minimum of 24-hour notice and deposits may be transferred to the new appointment if you reschedule. Cancellations do result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
We take client privacy seriously. All client information is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling and service purposes. Any photos taken are limited to non-identifying before-and-after images of specific areas. Photos are never shared publicly without prior client consent, which may be obtained verbally on-site or through written communication such as email or text.
For large-scale residences, estates, or expansive properties exceeding 9,000 square feet, services are often handled contractually via email to ensure clarity regarding scope, timing, and expectations. While this method is preferred for larger properties, we are always happy to discuss alternative arrangements to best suit our clients’ needs.

Standard Clean — Average Home
For homes under 2,500 square feet, this service is ideal for routine maintenance. It includes surface-level dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general kitchen and bathroom cleaning. Best for well-maintained homes with ongoing upkeep.
Standard Clean — Large Home
For homes over 2,500 square feet, this option provides routine maintenance cleaning for larger spaces. It includes surface cleaning of all common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. Pricing reflects the increased size and time required.
Deep Clean — Average Home
For homes under 2,500 square feet needing a detailed refresh. This service includes deeper attention to buildup, baseboards, fixtures, vents, and commonly overlooked areas. Ideal for first-time cleanings or homes not recently serviced.
Deep Clean — Large Home
For homes over 2,500 square feet requiring a thorough, top-to-bottom clean. This service allows additional time for detailed work throughout a larger property. Pricing adjusts based on size and condition.
