Standard Clean:

Our Standard Clean is a maintenance-level service ideal for regularly cleaned, lived-in homes. This service focuses on surface-level cleaning to keep your space fresh, tidy, and consistently maintained.

General Areas

• Dust all reachable surfaces

• Light spot cleaning on walls, doors, and frames

• Clean mirrors and glass (fingerprints & light smudges)

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Sweep and mop hard floors

• Empty trash

• Tidy common areas

Kitchen

• Wipe countertops and backsplash

• Clean stovetop (light grease)

• Clean sink and faucet

• Wipe exterior of appliances

• Clean microwave interior (light use)

• Wipe cabinet exteriors (visible areas only)

• Wash dishes in sink
  (Heavily soiled dishes or dishes with stuck-on residue may be left to soak and completed as time allows)

Bathrooms

• Clean and disinfect toilet (inside & out)

• Clean sink and faucet

• Clean tub/shower (light soap scum)

• Wipe mirrors

• Wipe vanity exterior

• Sweep and mop floors

Bedrooms & Living Areas

• Dust furniture and décor

• Make beds (no linen changes unless requested)

• Vacuum floors and accessible areas

Add-Ons

• Laundry: $25 per load (wash & fold)

• Dishes: One sink load included with all cleanings. Any additional sink loads are $10 per sink load.

Deep Clean:

Our Deep Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to remove built-up dirt, grime, and residue. Recommended for first-time clients, homes not cleaned within the last 30–60 days, or when extra attention is needed.

General Areas

• Hand-wipe baseboards

• Clean doors, frames, and handles

• Dust vents, ceiling fans, and light fixtures

• Clean switch plates

• Spot clean walls (scuffs and marks)

• Clean window sills and tracks

• Vacuum under and behind furniture (as accessible)

Kitchen

• Clean inside oven

• Clean inside refrigerator

• Clean inside cabinets and drawers

• Deep clean stovetop and hood vent

• Degrease backsplash

• Scrub sink, drain, and disposal

• Remove heavy grease and buildup

• Wash dishes in the sink (Heavily soiled dishes or dishes with stuck-on residue may be left to soak and completed as time allows)

Bathrooms

• Remove heavy soap scum and hard water buildup

• Scrub grout

• Deep clean shower doors and tracks

• Clean behind toilet

• Clean inside vanity cabinets and drawers

• Remove mildew buildup

Bedrooms & Living Areas

• Dust behind and under furniture

• Clean bed frames and headboards

• Detail shelves, décor, and hard-to-reach areas

• Edge and corner vacuuming
